Hullo!

So It has only just come to my attention, after 30 years, that apparently not everyone can cross their eyes.

So pleased with the new hair colour! Didn’t think I’d ever get to have dark hair again since I became allergic to dark hair dye. I don’t quite understand how it took me this long to realize you can do it with henna and indigo.

My electric hair tools are really the very latest in hair technology. The crimper has a hand written warranty card made out in 1989, and that’s the newest one…

A bit fascinated by the changing colours of this huge bruise. (I fell in a slippery escalator, and no it doesn’t hurt at all)

Best tasting stuff in the entire universe.

Weird homemade top thing I got at a thrift store. It makes me think of the Flinstones.

Something about this hair and makeup made me feel like Victoria Principal or someone, perhaps a Nolan sister.

Home alone. Staying up late, drinking the last of the jack daniels and watching stuff Henrik doesn’t like!

Snail emergency. Accidentally stepped on it in the shower (long story) and snapped its shell. Since snails continually build up their shells you can actually fix it with a bit of tape which will eventually be built into the shell.

Going to keep it for a while to make sure the tape doesn’t fall off. I kept snails as pets for many years, I had two that lived with me for over ten years! One of them actually had a fixed shell after the cats got ahold of it once. The seashell is in there because snails need calcium for their shells.

Another one for the batmobile collection, and it’s my favourite, the tv-series version! Missing the bubble windshield/roof though.

The very last of the Gévaudan prints, but they have slightly wrong colours. One is a bit too light and one a bit too dark. If anyone is interested they’re $8+shipping.

Good hair day. Though admittedly pretty much every day has been a good hair day since I dyed it.

Just an outfit!

Clear neon plastic is one of my favourite things. Pink is my favourite but green comes second, and I was happy to find this bangle at a flea market. Especially since it’s the first bangle I’ve ever found that’s small enough for my thin hands.
